Jason Strauss

Chief Executive Officer

Jason has been with the ϲʿվ team for more than 15 years, starting as an analyst and more recently serving as President. Prior to ϲʿվ, he was director of revenue reporting at HealthSouth for the inpatient, outpatient and surgery divisions. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.

Drew Baumgartner

Group Vice President, Development

Drew has been with ϲʿ since 2015 and serves as group vice president, development. Drew previously served as vice president, development in the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to joining ϲʿ, Drew held several consulting roles with Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) and Kaufman Hall. Drew earned Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Mishelle Coronado

Group Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer

Mishelle joined ϲʿվ in 2016 and serves as the group vice president and chief compliance officer. She previously served as the vice president for regulatory compliance and internal audit. In her current role, Mishelle is responsible for the oversight of compliance, privacy and internal audit programs. Mishelle is certified in healthcare compliance, clinical research and healthcare privacy and security. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law

Nancy Easley-Mack

Group Vice President, Operations

Nancy serves as group vice president, operations. She joined ϲʿվ in 2013 as director of revenue cycle, health systems, and has since served in multiple operations roles. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Paine College.

Marie Edler

Chief Strategy Officer

Marie leads the strategy team focused on market strategy, new business incubation, identifying new ways and places to create growth for our partners, and how to create value between ϲʿվ’s business and primary care physicians. She previously led ϲʿվ’s payer engagement, contracting and government affairs teams. Prior to ϲʿվ, she served as director of reimbursement policy for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and vice president of managed care and compliance for Specialty Surgicenters Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Health from Emory University.

Brandon Frazier

Group Vice President, Development

As Group Vice President, Brandon manages relationships with ϲʿվ’s largest customers; he joined ϲʿվ in 2013. His previous role at Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America (ASCOA) was focused on turning around struggling ASCs and building new surgery centers. He earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Amanda Frith

Group Vice President, Administrative Services

Amanda has been with the ϲʿվ team for more than 10 years. She most recently served as vice president, supply chain operations. In her role as group vice president of administrative services, Amanda is responsible for overseeing supply chain, analytics, information technology, diligence and integration, and communications and marketing. Amanda earned her MBA in Information Systems and her Bachelor of Science from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Kathy Grichnik

MD, MS, FACE, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Grichnik joined ϲʿվ in 2021 and serves as chief of anesthesiology services. Her prior roles include being the founder KPG Healthcare Consulting, the president of American Anesthesiology, the CMO at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital and the vice president of clinical development at Surgical Directions. Dr. Grichnik earned her MD from Tufts University School of Medicine, her Master of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.

Matt Humbarger

Group Vice President, Payer Engagement

Matt Humbarger has been with ϲʿվ since 2015 and serves as Group Vice President of Payer Engagement and Strategy. He has played a role in every operating group within ϲʿ Health, including leading our preceptor program for Catalyst. He leads ϲʿվ operating groups on national, regional, and local contracting strategies with health plans, employers, and providers. Matt received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Butler University and an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.

Jordan Jones

GVP and Corporate Controller

Jordan joined ϲʿվ in 2016 and serves as the Group Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to ϲʿվ, he was a senior manager at PwC in the Audit and Assurance practice with a focus in healthcare and merger/acquisitions. In his current role, Jordan is responsible for the oversight of accounting, tax and treasury operations. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University.

Bobby Key

Group Vice President, Development

Bobby Key has been with ϲʿվ since 2011 and serves as Group Vice President of Development. Previously, Bobby served as a CPA for Dent Mosses, LLP in Birmingham, AL, before joining ϲʿվ as a management analyst and growing into his current role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University.

Stephen serves as president, growth office. Prior to his current role, Stephen was group vice president, strategy and payer engagement. He joined ϲʿվ in 2006 and has supported significant growth of partnerships across the enterprise through strategic, value-based payer engagement. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.

Prior to ϲʿվ, Kyle worked in private equity at Metalmark Capital and investment banking at Credit Suisse. Kyle earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

General Counsel

Ladd joined ϲʿվ in 2014 and serves as general counsel. Prior to ϲʿվ, he was a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Burr & Forman LLP. Ladd earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Dare Meeks

Chief Nursing Officer

Dare serves as vice president and chief nursing officer, responsible for the development and deployment of clinical initiatives and outcomes across ϲʿվ. Her previous roles include vice president of clinical services for Practice Partners in Healthcare and as chief administrator for a large multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Birmingham, Alabama. She is a registered nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Kerri Milless

Chief Human Resource Officer

Kerri Milless joined ϲʿվ in 2023 as the organization’s first Chief Human Resource Officer. She joined ϲʿվ after five years with Optum and has over 20 years of HR experience. Previously, she served as interim CHRO for Optum Insight and Change Healthcare. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.

Group Vice President, OptumCare Specialty Practices

Rikki has been with the ϲʿվ team for nearly six years. Beginning her tenure in operations and most recently serving as the vice president of diligence and integration and vice president of communications and marketing. Prior to ϲʿվ, she was a director at Sg2 healthcare intelligence. Rikki earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University.

Group President, Operations

Jack has been with ϲʿվ for more than 10 years and serves as group president, operations. Prior to ϲʿվ, he spent six years managing facilities in the highly regulated skilled nursing industry. He has 14 years of experience working in health care leadership. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science from Arcadia University.

Jason Richardson

Group Vice President, Operations

Jason Richardson joined ϲʿվ in 2023 and serves as Group Vice President of Operations. Prior to ϲʿվ, he served as CEO of GI of Rockies, overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of seven GI practices and six endoscopy centers. He was also the Executive VP of Operations for Results Physiotherapy and VP of Operations for Concerta. He holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry from Western Kentucky University and a master's and doctorate degree in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. He was also a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Genevieve Sagett

Group Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations

Genevieve joined ϲʿվ in 2015 and serves as Group Vice President. She is responsible for Revenue Cycle Operations at ϲʿվ and has a direct reporting relationship with our Team in India. Prior to joining ϲʿվ, Genevieve was a Director of Patient Financial Services at Rush University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University Of Illinois.

Annie Sariego

Market President

Annie joined PE GI Solutions in 2011 and serves as the leader for the NY Market. Prior to joining PE GI Solutions/ϲʿվ, she spent eight years in a leadership role at an ASC management company overseeing multi-specialty facilities in the northeast and Florida. She also serves as the chair of the Government Affairs Committee for Aϲʿ and sits on the NYSAASC government affairs committee. Annie earned her B.S.N from Pace University and a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Warren University.

He earned his MBA from Lindenwood University and Bachelor of Science from Truman State University.

As a group vice president, Oren is responsible for operational and strategic initiatives, and he re-joined ϲʿվ in 2017. Oren is a board member of the California Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (CASA). He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix.

Prior to ϲʿվ, he was chief information officer at American Family Care, one of the largest urgent care providers in the U.S. Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama and an Executive MBA from Auburn University.
